
Ms. Embry's class made bubbles in speech therapy today!


Mrs. Prenger’s students deliver mail daily to staff members at Troy High School. They are learning the following skills: filing mail, reading and following hallway signs, using an elevator, and finding the correct room numbers. They look forward to it everyday!




Students in Ms. Gustin and Ms. Wilson's class participating in Bal-A-Vis-X activities. The exercises use balance, auditory, and visual cues to help improve brain and body integration.




Superintendent Dave Larson is presenting today on successful state level advocacy efforts at the AESA Advocacy in Action conference in Washington D.C.

Mrs. Bell's class celebrated Hispanic Heritage month with some yummy taco cups!!





Mrs. Durbin’s class began learning about Forest Biomes today. They read the story “the Leaf Thief" and enjoyed making guesses as to who the leaf thief was. Then they made a favorite snack of forest animals, acorn donuts!









Mrs. Smith's class ended their lesson on Hispanic Heritage by making dessert tacos today! They were delicious!!!











Two of Mrs. Prenger’s students volunteered at The Miami County Animal Shelter today. The Animal Shelter is currently housing a lot of cats, so the students worked really hard trying to clean as many cages as they could!!





Mrs Ruzicka’s class at Tipp HS made Taco Cups for lunch today! We have been studying Hispanic Heritage Month this week and enjoyed making and eating delicious Mexican food!







Mr. Hahn's Class went on a grocery shopping trip this morning. They learned about finding items in the grocery store for our Fun Friday Activity!




Mrs. Peltier's class had lots of fun making playdoh this week! The students measured, mixed, added food coloring and kneaded the colors into the doh!!






Mrs. Smith's class read a story about Hurricane Hunters and talked a lot about different types of weather. One of their projects was to make wind chimes. They also cooked Rainbow grilled cheese sandwiches to celebrate how beautiful the weather has been!











Mrs Durbin’s class got a head start on the fall season by making Apple Pie in a cup on Friday.






In the spirit of Tippecanoe's homecoming, coach B gave Mrs. Ruzicka's class jerseys to wear to show their school spirit today. They also followed a recipe to make flutternutter sandwiches during cooking.








Mrs. Smith's Class made Sugar Cookies and decorated them with icing and sprinkles today to celebrate a very special young lady's birthday!











Mrs. Smith's class enjoyed their second Music class this year learning how to play Baa Baa Black Sheep and Mary had a little Lamb on the keyboard. We have some very talented kiddos!






Ms. Naas's class has been busy working on life skills. They have followed a recipe to make lemonade and a blueberry dessert. They also made a rainbow art project. Lots of learning and fun!







Mrs. Durbin’s class learned about chemical reactions! They mixed glue and cornstarch and then poured it into a mixture of warm water and borax. After stirring it up, their hypothesis was it made a rubber bouncy ball!
